Our onboarding mission at AppsFlyer is to make the process as easy and as smooth as possible. But the service doesn’t end there, the onboarding process is just the first step in a productive, professional and fruitful relationship. At onboard, we are simply laying the foundation for a long-term relationship. That’s why we’re always “on call.” Because reaching us when you need us is as important as walking you through the first steps.
Delivering First Class Onboarding Services
So let me tell you a bit about how it’s done. The first interaction you will have with us might be at one of the events that we attend or host, or through an introductory call with one of our Customer Success Managers. We always start our onboarding with a kick off call so we can better understand your needs and plans. Now that we understand what you hope to accomplish we can introduce you to our dashboard and product capabilities, demonstrating where and how each component will help you meet your goals. In addition, you will also be assigned a dedicated Customer Success Manager who will serve as your point of reference for any inquiries moving forward.
But wait a moment, where are you from? Where is your office based? We currently provide service in different languages as well as translated documentation. So if you wake up in Tokyo or go to sleep in San Francisco, our local offices will be there to answer in your language and time zone.
Let’s Get to Work
The next step in the process is to sign-up for an account and embed the SDK. Are you short on time? Does SDK integration sound too technical? Don’t worry, this whole process can be done very quickly, is as little as two hours! Our SDK Integration Guide will clearly walk you through the process. New clients are provided with a free trial period (first 5,000 non-organic installs), which is an opportunity to familiarize yourself with the platform.
At this point, your relationship with your Customer Success Manager will move one step forward. It’s our goal and mission to guide you and make sure you are clear on how to use the platform, set up the campaigns and use the reports, and improve your performance.
Are you having any technical issues and your campaign is going live soon? Don’t worry! Each of our global offices has technical staff that allow us to provide you tech support round the clock! After all the internet doesn’t go to sleep!
It Isn’t Over Yet…
Some time has passed and you are on autopilot, with everything running smoothly. Did we finish our job here? NOT AT ALL!!! We are constantly adding new features to our dashboard (e.g. our latest brand new retention report and Facebook ROI report) so it’s our duty to keep you updated on the new product features and the benefits you can get from them. In addition, we recently started hosting local training sessions around the world to help our clients improve their mobile marketing skills.
